- Jorge Nuñez Ferrer is an associate research fellow at the Centre for European Policy Studies at Brussels (CEPS) specialised on the EU budget, in particular on structural, agricultural and R&D policies. He holds a PhD from Imperial College and a MSc from Wye College (both University of London) in Agricultural Economics.
