PDF The European Parliament recently positioned itself regarding the current negotiations on the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) . In order to meet new challenges the parliament demands more flexibility for shifting funds between the different areas of expenditures as well as between the fiscal years 2014-2020.
Furthermore, the European Parliament is calling for a reformation of the budget’s own resources system.
